Over the past 7+ years, I have worked at the intersection of marketing, operations, and business growth, primarily within India’s fast-scaling EdTech ecosystem.
My career began not with titles but with execution — running ground campaigns, building sales teams, managing vendors, designing marketing creatives, and understanding what actually drives admissions for offline education businesses.
Most recently, I led Business & Operations for the UPSC Offline vertical at PhysicsWallah, managing a ₹40+ crore business portfolio across multiple centres.
My journey at PW began with online marketing and batch launches, where I worked on digital campaigns, program launches, and admissions funnels for UPSC courses.
As the organisation expanded into the offline ecosystem, my role evolved into building and scaling physical centres. I was involved in the end-to-end setup and growth of offline centres — starting from the first centre, expanding from 1 to 3 centres, and eventually scaling operations to 5+ centres.
This included centre setup, admissions strategy, marketing execution, team hiring, operational systems, and revenue optimisation, with strong ownership across the entire growth cycle.
Earlier in my career, I worked with GS Score and JV’s IAS, where I contributed to large-scale ATL, BTL, influencer, and digital marketing campaigns. These roles helped me understand the ground realities of the UPSC coaching ecosystem and build structured marketing systems for offline education businesses.

Alongside my professional roles, I also build ventures.
I founded Spotix Dynamics, a marketing, media, and business solutions company that helps brands and institutions execute real growth campaigns — from strategy to on-ground implementation.
I also built Focusinn, a Delhi NCR–based space brand offering PG stays, study libraries, co-working spaces, studios, and event venues, designed with lean operational systems so that the business can run with minimal founder intervention.
